All candidates will provide a resume and complete an online application, answering questions that will better help our team evaluate the candidate. Once the application has been reviewed and a candidate chosen, our hiring manager will schedule an interview with you and one of our team members. This interview is a staged observation session with a client and their therapist. During this interview, the candidate will be observed on how they interact with the client, peers, and supervisors. This provides the opportunity for the candidate to demonstrate their actions are in fact congruent with their resume and application. Candidates are encouraged to ask peer-related questions pertaining to the company's work culture and environment. At the end of the observation, the team member conducting the interview will take time to answer any questions related to what was observed.
